Here is some of my letters about my Perpetual Motion Machine.
And yes I know about Newton's First Law Of Motion !!!!!!!!!!

(1) My method utilizes hybrid power. What is unique about my prototype is the design. By using two different components in the average hybrid vehicle I am able to create ten times the power to run a larger motor and also have enough energy to keep the batteries at full power. In other words, I'm making more power that the batteries and motor need. I have been an inventor/designer of hunting and fishing products, so to jump into this was quite a feat. Out of everything I have created, this has been the easiest to accomplish and it would have the biggest impact. The part I cannot figure out is why the car manufacturers, or their engineers, have not come up with this concept already. To build this set-up is approximately $1500-2000 so it is quite inexpensive. The problem I am having with the car manufacturers is that they don't believe it can actually work. It does.

I have my idea / prototype under a patent pending. I believe I could walk into any lab that builds or works on hybrids and have all the pieces to create my design. That is what makes this so unique. There really is nothing special; it was just putting it all in order along with one key component.

I am asking for your assistance in helping me to present this new technology to your company. I am strongly convinced that this technology will enable you to be the forerunner in producing unlimited energy for hybrid or electric vehicles. This technology can also be used in total electric vehicles.

My product can be used in any hybrid / electric car,truck or bus that is currently being produced. Without saying too much about my idea / prototype and special device, it powers and charges itself. My product works in the same manner as Perpetual Motion.The hybrid vehicle will have FULL Power 24/7 because it will maintain batteries at 100% capacity. The vehicle will get more electric power thus enabling a larger electric motor to be used. It will take only a few minor changes to the diagram/sketch drawing in all new hybrid cars, trucks or bus. The electric motor will start working at a lower speed without the help of the gas- powered motor. If I started in Indiana I could stop in Texas without a recharge or the use of a gas powered motor.

(2)I have developed a very innovative method / prototype of never having to recharge a battery in hybrid vehicles. My method / prototype eliminates all need for "plug in" adaptation; the method eliminates the need for this very expensive problem. It promotes the use of ?Green Powered Vehicles? in our country. Global warming is one of the most serious environmental problems of our generation. The use of this method / prototype will help make the public aware of vehicle emission levels so that they can make informed choices that will help reduce greenhouse gas pollution. Every business and every consumer can play a role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions in our cities with my new technology for ?Green Powered Vehicles?.

My Hybrid Vehicle idea / prototype and special device will get over 100 miles Per Gallon. This is what our country needs to reduce the need for foreign oil dependence.

(3)To be a little more specific about my product, it is a new hybrid/electric design where one never has to recharge the battery, giving it an unlimited amount of mileage. It not only creates power but also keeps the batteries at 100%. In response to your question regarding weight, output, and required inputs : the total weight of the device design is approximately 1-300 pounds, according to whether it is hybrid or electric. I also want to clarify that it has nothing to do with brake-type battery recharging assembly. Regarding the output, for instance on the Chevy Vault, over 5x the amount that it is producing. I have the data to verify the energy I am producing to do with recharging the batteries and also being able to install a larger electric motor.

This technology has been around for awhile. The unique thing I did was just combining all the components in the proper positions and adding a new piece that made everything work.  

I have this under a patent pending prior art design. The reason for this is that I am continually improving the design. I have now developed it into a total electric vehicle. For instance, it could be used in the new Chevy Vault which states it can travel up to 40 miles. By installing my technology in this vehicle I could increase these miles up to 200 without a battery charge.

I cannot say too much since I am trying to protect my design. It is a working design and is the reason for keeping it under a patent pending.

I have approximately 7 different scale designs which can be used in hybrid/electric vehicles such as a 150 Ford pick-up truck, a Chevy Vault, a UPS-type delivery truck or van, a small compact car or truck or electric vehicle.

One question that keeps coming up is whether I have a patent. My answer, as stated above, is that I am continually working to improve the designs. Each time I improve the design I protect it through a written patent pending design with a notary seal showing the diagram and written improvements. I keep all my designs and blue prints sealed in a vault. Legally, whether a person has a patent or a patent pending, and one enters into a court of law, the person with the prior art is the sole owner of the design.  For this reason, I choose this particular process.


(4)I don't know how much more explanation I can give. It works by perpetual motion. It creates it's own power and creates it's own energy, thus requiring no air, no water ,no oil, no gas, no diesel and does not require a cooling system.  The weight depends on whether it is going on a totally electric scooter or a school bus. The bus would use more than the scooter, so it would have to be bigger. Depending on the weight of the car (1000-5000) depends on the size that would be used.  The same with a 4 cylinder motor and a 12-cylinder motor. It does not require brakes, but runs continuously (perpetual motion). It needs nothing to keep it working, because once it starts it continues until it is shut off. You say that if it produces energy that it needs some type of input;perpetual motion needs no input. It requires no "off-the-wall" design. It requires some custom work since it has never been installed in a hybrid or electric vehicle. As far as being able to tell any more than I have, concerning plans, diagrams, prototypes, etc., it would take a disclosure form to protect my design rights.

As far as new designs or inventions, one does not divulge methods, etc., without a disclosure being signed by both parties. This device could possibly change the world as far as oil and gas consumption and to me, could be worth millions considering no one has never been able to develop perpetual motion that creates it's own energy. So, I'm not trying to play games or lead you astray. However, legally, I can only tell you so much to determine if you are interested. As of today I have 2 disclosures signed in Germany and England in which they have placed signatures without numerous questions. I take it most of your work has not been done through disclosures, but an inventor/designer will not divulge without one.

(5)To clarify, I am not just talking about hybrid vehicles, but total electric vehicles as well.

The advantage of this design is that there is NO gas or diesel needed to run the vehicle. It is totally electric and produces NO emissions. On a vehicle (economy car or small pick-up truck) using this design there is NO need for a re-charge. It keeps the batteries at 100%.

Regarding the electric bus, I believe it will keep the batteries at 75-100% charge depending on the terrain.

(6)In looking at one of the websites you sent to me, I noticed that there were motorcycles and scooters. Now that I see that you might be affiliated with this type of manufacturer, I want to let you know that I have been working on a new design to utilize my concept with a motorcycle or similar mode of transportation. My design can be used in both an electric vehicle or motorcycle/scooter.

According to everything I have worked on to this point, the motorcycle design seems to be better than I imagined.

I will have an abundance of power to run an electric motor and also keep the battery at maximum charge.

(7)As I've described in previous emails, I have 3 different designs. Charging the batteries has been the easy part; the hard part has been the control.

I've written a multitude of car manufacturers here in the U.S. and overseas, but I have been talking to you the most. I have also been contacted by the Department of Energy and Department of Defense, several governors and representatives, etc. I have been offered several grants to give to universities or laboratory and technology centers to develop my product. In a letter to the President I told him that I felt that this is the "Holy Grail" when it comes to energy and technology, especially at $100 per barrel for oil. The advantage of working with you is the affiliation with electric car companies and the obvious progress you are making that we are not making here in the United States.

The U.S. government is giving up to $10 million in grant money for new innovations in greenhouse technology. The State of California is giving $100 million. I don't know how this would affect you, but if you were to purchase my product there is money for development if you are interested in working with the United States. If not, that is fine.

I'm not sure how your affiliations work with the companies you have mentioned...who owns what?but even if you would decide to sell just the hybrid part to the United States and keep the electric component, it would be an advantage. As we both know, the U.S. is invested in oil.

If the design performs as I say it will, the potential of income is unlimited and whatever company I work with will benefit immensely.

If we move forward I would want us to be partners in this venture with me receiving a cash settlement up front and then work out royalties based on sales. If we play this right we can both be wealthy.

My only concern with Europe is dealing with China and trade secrets, since they have a history of copying everything. But, if you are okay with that, I am okay. We would need to have my copyright design protected in Europe.

Think about everything. I would suggest we get together as soon as possible. I would like to look at your production and facilities, and discuss the legal aspects of our relationship.

I have a 2500lb sailboat with a 1HP electric inboard, can your design help me to avoid recharging? I would be willing to prototype this (if it really exists) in my boat. I have 4 105ah batteries giving me a 4 hour range at full throttle.
