if im not mistaken-dingle's cell housing was 12v batt case
for me to do a good job- i need thick perspex, cut it, then glue it
any of you techs advise me on batt case possibilities please?
for sure theres poss dangers
but also it might not be as bad as i think

careful cutting with hacksaw
find a suitable gasket or glue
2 thick plates top+bott
4xlong threaded bolts on corners

I don't see why not. Guess it just depends on the thickness of your plates. 8)

jikwan

quite thin   .7mm + thin spacers
i thought it would be an alternative to expensive perspex box or s steel box
i was wondering if a batt case could be opened somehow
take out battery plates and replace them with my 30 plate cell
if i can avoid cutting the top off
any cutting has to be very neat and straight
bit of a half baked idea

If you haven't ever notice, he does not use cell plates.  He uses metal honey comb sheets.  You see it when he opens his WFC and pokes at it etc for the media to see.  It looks sort of like a finer mesh version of chicken wire fence.  Also, under the hood of his vehicle, he has written it in with white paint marker.  It says "metal honey comb seperator".  See here on this vid,

Also, he supposedly has his hydrogen exit through a designated hose and enter a custom fuel rail with custom injectors (he calls them solenoids).  His oxygen hose runs to the intake manifold as additional air enrichment, which is engenious because no matter at what altitude you are at, he has enough oxygen to completely burn the hydrogen injected since when water is split, it is split into perfect proportions 2:1 ratio hydrogen:oxygen.  This means the car's power does not differ at different altitudes.

when the gas is given off how does he separate them ?...he seems to have the oxygen going to the air intake and the hyd going to injectors ?
......id like to see a diagramme of his basic set up.
