The Spherics coil being considered will demonstrate the differential voltage developed by conductors bifilar wound and pulsed with dc.  This kick illicited voltage is the same thing that happens when a radio signal hits a receiver antennae.  The mass in the antennae responds to the kick produced at the radio station.  Now when you consider how many molecules get kicked from one kick from a radio station tube you can understand the Energy doesn't come from the kick but from the mass the kick encounters.
It is radiated from the mass the kick encounters. 
    SM puts a radio transmitter inside his torroidal ring and powers her up.
He uses the coils of the control windings for transmitter antennaes.  He uses his iron delay coil to split the transmitter kicks.  (Latter designs use two off- tuned transmitters.)  He puts a receiver antennae inside the torroidal transmitter windings and voila the light bulbs light.

So you think it is transmitter action ? I thought rather about receiver continuously scanning range. I found a nice analogy with radio receiver. I have an old car radio with a knob for searching radio stations. If station signal is sharp and can easily miss his signal when turning knob fast, but.... when I set loud as large as possible I have always have a spike (kick) on my speaker indicating that my radio was hit by a signal.

I see the possibility that TPU is second kind Radiant device - a receiver of radiant rivers in Earth magnetosphere, because I don't buy all theories about Aether and comp field or dielectric field. This is magnetic field fluctuations which we call radiant. First kind of devices are using so effects to create radiant (mostly by speed-up and stop abruptly  electrons against Earth magnetic field) . Those are generators, but surely must exists also receivers. We will be shocked by the knowledge that there is a fully featured knowledge about magnetic force, magnetic current,magnetic flux,magnetic reluctance which mirrors all electrical phenomenons and far beyond. This knowledge is hidden due to obvious reason - it immediately learn how to use Earth to produce any amount of energy we need. Cool, healing energy. You know what that means...

     I think the device is a transmitter receiver deal.  The transmitter is where the cold energy is converted to electrical phenomenon.  I believe magnetism is  inertial induced flow patterns of  energy created in a  tempic field distribution of cold energy.

how about a ss amp such as a transistor or a fet or a tube... an amp ....   how the hell does it amplifly the signal.....

i just guessing here interaction with the earths magnetic feild......

For tubes it may be explained quite easy but I rather left that to experienced EE. All I may say is that all tubes are a sources of electrons (secondary emission) . Electrons in vacuum.... isn't that the most easily way to speed them up ?... I remember Tesla said something about it. Isn't that how Gray tube device worked ? Oscillating plasma discharge, RE generator and a receiver-converter...ok,that's enough. What I found on other thread is that J. Naudin patented another Gray-like device generator based on this approach.
