What happens if you change the definition of "one second"?

If you change the definition a a second you also change the definition of a point. Boy! What confusion that would cause!

Good thing it only (supposedly) happens during a lightning strike or a nuclear explosion.

  How bout an ampere is x meters of energytime at a constant density.  Time compression and expansion is a rough concept..  Awareness comes to the human mind as a sequence of events not an observance of relative states of the experienced.  Common reality dictates this time line and is a convention.  Of course it is all light based and has very little to do with energy flow and the real deal.
Like it or not we are creatures of light and our gentic coding allows some things to be so highly intuitive it is real rough to move beyond them.

Just lost horizonatal on my scope.  Bought a 36-pack of beer to replace it with - LOL!

Was fine when I walked away and tit's up when I came back.  Way it goes.  Got to clear a spot to open it up and take a look.

There may be other ways to indicate the effect without a scope.

I'm not down yet, will make a few calls, and figure something out.

Beer as horizontal sweep replacement? I suppose that depends on how much you drink. I stopped the liquid electronics repair some years ago so I can't help you there. Good Luck!

Entropy? Yes, I agree but one big problem.... In order to prove the concept you must produce at least two entropic frames of reference, one longer than the other, one for that 'point' and the load connection and another 'normal' for the source of current.
So which will you use as a test? A nuclear blast, lightning strike, EMP generator or produce a wave to push another wave beyond that 'sound barrier'?
Even though I no longer drink, a beer sounds like a better test.
That's about all the energy I have after a week of 12 hour shifts( no OU in these aging bones! )
