Alcohol extraction from wood and biomass waste products...

Hi All,
as I already have a 2.2 KW power generator,
I wonder, what is the easiest method  to extract or destill
alcohol or any other burnable oil or diesel or
gasoline-like fuel from biomass waste like
cutted garden gras or wood or plants...

What is the easiest method to destill alcohol
very fast from biomass waste products without
much energy needed ?
Are there any new bacterias who can do this very quickly ?
It should be possible to get 1 Liter alcohol in one hour with only
the help of the sunshine-oven  or something simular...
