How many would feel a portion of the OU mission would be fulfilled if the world were able to cut the current levels of energy impact due to transportation, generation, and heat by 50%?

I've always thought efficiancy should be the aim of any erergy source use.

Every hand held device will have a Crystal Power Cell instead of a alkaline battery.
Every car will be powered by HHO generators instead of gasoline.
