Is there a way to switch coils from N to S with a relay switch?

Is there a way to switch the coils from North to south on a pulse motor?
The pulse motor I'm using has a reed switch and all the magnets are all north side out.
I was just wondering if there was a way to switch the coils from north to south with some kind of relay switch or something.
So the magnet would have more pull to  the coil insteed of just the iron core I'm using.
Then have the coils switch polarity and then repell the magnets.
I was also thinking you might get more voltage out of the coils if you could switch the polarity from N to S fast enough.

Yes, there is.  You could use a H-bridge. See here for links to such circuits:

And you reed switch could control the input of the H-bridge.

Just a thought, wouldn't a DPDT Reed relay be easier: http://industrial-computers.globalspec.com/datasheets/2468/PickeringInterfaces/954FEDEC-9CFA-42CC-8AC1-74A9F3E077FB

Dunno how much it costs but all you'd have to do is reverse polarities at the other "Throw" of the relay.
