Introduction of Fluoride in water to dumb you down stop your brain working and a way of legally dumping toxic industrial waste straight into water supplies. Overturning emerging evidence that mercury was safe in fillings even though it was well known back then just how deadly mercury was and still is. Introduction of mercury laden vaccines from the 50's and still today. This included total control of alternative medicine and mainstream sponsored selling of only pharmaceutical drugs yet US CIA is the largest drug dealer in the world.

Control and obliterate existing real cancer research which already had 95% success rate back then where 1930's nobel prize found cancer was a very easy to cure anaerobic issue akin to rust but to cure it once you get it needs a bit more then B17. It works yes even Oasis of Hope stopped doing this decades ago its far too slow to combat existing conditions. To cure cancer requires a major life style changing approach including electro medicine, diet and other stuff but the outcome of conventional survival rates of surgery and chemo is only 3% and cost 100k in the US. In fact just to make sure you ONLY have a 3% survival rate if you have cancer surgery you MUST have chemo in the US there is no opt out.- its 97% good at killing you.

Suppression of free energy devices in favor of oil companies thus our vehicles even over the last 50 years still only do around 30 MPG. Progress has ground to a halt, all we have seen in recent decades is more TV channels, microwave ovens and cellphones. I don't know what we could have had in the last 90 years if it wasn't suppressed this planet would be so very different.

When you realize the big picture its easy to see why launching free energy is often met with LETHAL consequences but don't make it any less real thats only what you been taught and brainwashed it don't exist.  As i think Hitler said. I would not take offense whatsoever, no matter what. After all these are only words, it is the meaning that we put to them that matters, and sometimes even that does not come across well over the Interweb, being the sterile media.

I somehow suspect that all this Cosmic Rays business somehow connects to Radiestesia and Dowsing, which Lakhovsky was "into". Of course there's not that much practical science explanation of Radiestesia available in the West. I am sure there are volumes written in the East (Soviet Union had institutes with real scientists researching the paranormal and alt. sciences) but nobody translates those books because over here think they have no value or something. I guess I should just learn Russian...

Glad you brought that dowsing up, This can be done as you know with almost any material like wood or metallic (Cloth hangers) Materials.I could not do it on my own, but holding the Hand of a professional Dowser while both of us held the Y branch with our other hand, thus completing the circuit through his body, I could not control the bending of the Branch, as hard as I tried to resist it twisted and  peeled the Bark right of the branch. 
It must interact with the Human Body nerve (electrical )system. But not all of us are able to do dowsing and maybe that is the reason that the Coil does work for some and not for others,again a Wildcard.

I have had no problems with the wires overlapping each other. I just can't electrically connect them.The insulated wires prevent that from happening even when I tie a loose knot with them.I would think that the added length of wire could increase the amount of power.What blows me away is that quite a bit of anti-matter (that powers these coils to a small degree) hits the earth each day.I have no way to even guess the tons(maybe)?Why are we not thinking of harvesting some of this too?Triffid

I have done some dowsing too.A college roommate introduced me to it.He made two  rods from two coat hangers and let me walk across the room.
The wires always crossed at the same spots without fail.I later learned they crossed when I walked over iron.I later used it to find precious metals in a test.I had 100 % success in finding silver coins hidden in a living room of mine by a friend.I later learned that others found gold and silver outdoors but I still have never done it myself.Triffid
