I haven't tested it but I have read some comments, and some people says that It works. Of course, you need to know from the start to the end, how to use those health protocols. A simple change could give a different result.

I have build the Beck as well as the Hulda regehr clarke Device in the Past, before going on to building my Rife Machine.
The Beck uses pole Voltage reversal at low frequencies,but his mechanical Relay switching restricts it to the low end Hertz range.
Hulda Regehr Clarke's  device uses ~ 25Khz Square Waves, and it is debatable which is the better method.
I like Beck's Device but the mechanical Relay should be replaced by 4 Mosfets .Further I like to see a Variable frequency and pulse width Control. I think that would give you a choice of treatment and combine  best features of both Devices .
I can not feel any effects of Hulda's Zapper but the Becks very low freq.  pole reversal  of "plus and Minus" I can feel, it zaps you like an  Electronic Acupuncture Device.
I think both Devices by itself have some validity and perform as claimed by their inventors.

Hulda Clark's device is used mainly to kill parasites, Beck pulser is used to revitalize the inmune system. As you say, the best is a mixed therapt. They are 2 different devices.
