1. ) You get the bulk herb from a health food store. (Keywork: Bulk)
2. ) Bring Small pot of water to a boil.
3. ) Take it off the heat and put about a golf ball sized amount in the pot. (Who needs tablespoons when you got Golf Balls!  I mean cmon!)
4. ) Put saucer over the pot and let steep for 20 minutes.  Drink while it's hot as it will lose it's properties in the cooling process.
5. ) I should probably have said "Strain" it out into a cup but I find the entertainment value too great in people not doing that.  It's like a can of fix a flat with "For external use only" on the side of it...



Here's an even more interesting thing:
A german study done on Hydrogen Peroxide found that stiring a teaspoon into a 12oz glass of water was enough to break the peroxide down so your body can safely process it.  In a nutshell your body extracts the extra Oxygen molecules and passes em right off to your white blood cells.  This actually super oxygenates your blood.  The study compiled was about an inch thick and was a great read.  Many Many Many testimonials.

I didn't use the food grade one.  I do not have a link.  The study was printed and held together with binder clippings.  Was about 15 years ago.  I haven't done it in years.  I should probably start back up but that goes in the same folder as "Quit Smoking","Do p90x again and lose some weight fatboy", and "Find a cure for male pattern baldness".

Yes, with advancing age the insults come but be reminded that many fall along the way.Similar to something I once read in a nursing home when I came to visit someone else.triffid
