So for now I'm getting my b-17 from apple seeds.I get all the seeds out of the apple first.Crunch them up real good in my mouth,swallow,then eat the rest of the apple.I do get a bitter almond taste so that tells me I'm getting b-17.Over 1200 plants make b-17 so let them remove apples from the stores.Johnson grass has b-17 in it(so make a tea from it).I do not have cancer so this is preventative action.triffid
