Funny you should bring that up.  Seems like they tried circulating blood thu a tube subject to UV to kill HIV.  Didn't work.  However the Beck unit based on a previous 1992 patent device does work on HIV.  The Beck unit is a modified rife technology device.  Cheap and portable. The doctors of the 1992 unit suddenly removed their unit from the public.  All this info is on rife.org.

If I recall correctly the original research that Beck had based his device on applied current to the circulated blood supply. And Beck himself said in some of his lectures that it was done on purpose so that they could charge money for it (customer...errr..patient would have to go the hospital and get his blood circulated through the machine to be electrified).

Beck thought about it and figured he could induce micro-currents through induction without the need to circulate the blood, with the same effect at the end. Talk about ingenuity of a very clever mind.

As far as the HIV, I read somewhere (can't remember exactly, should've saved the text to my computer, duh) that the virus is protein coated (engineered?) so in order for it to be rendered ineffective a protein coating has to be removed. Apparently there's a compound that can be extracted from some plant growing in China that can do this, affect this specific protein coating.
Sounds to me like an fairytale story but they also said that they have tried to bring the plant out of China on several occasions without much success, because it was on the controlled list or something (for a purpose, eh?)

UV is such a broad spectrum, to kill all virii one would have to sweep across the spectrum, but then you are running into a problem of how to generate multi-wave oscillations such frequencies, not to mention you could not use this on humans, mostly for sterilizing non-organic items.
A Light Engine could probably work - you would generate a wavelength of any frequency based on the set oscillation and not the conventional way the light is created. But this deals with Wave Domain and nano-scale structures and most of the practical research I've looked in this field is done by various entities (research teams, companies etc) under the contract for the Military Industrial Complex...sigh.

No, Beck simplified the device your referring to.  You need to get hold of the article on rife.org.  I think rexresearch.com published the same piece.  The original two drs. patented the device but after threats from the establishment denied any assoc'n or knowledge about their patented device.  The device worked.  The Beck device works too.  It has to be applied to certain areas of the body to affect the blood as it flows near the device.  There are drawings on web that shows how to use the Beck device. 

Your right about the coating and because of the nature of the frequencies to wear(?) the coating thin, the device can only be used for a short time,I believe every other day, OTHERWISE the frequency and current, though small, can affect other aspects of the body.  This why it takes a bit of time for the virus to be killed off completely.  The device is simple, the application isn't.

Feed back to me is that there is some immediate effects at helping the the T count and that users feel generally better in a short period of time.

I think this is a reprint of original book which I have.  The original priced out of reach by used book dealers.  So, Borderlands, reprinted the book.  When you read the chapter on Rife, you will cry what the "establishment" did to him.

Big pharma owns the FDA with officials changing chairs between big pharma and the FDA.  Many on FDA voting to approve drugs they themselves hold the patents!  Surely conflict of interest that any honest court would dis-allow.  The problem is they own the federal judges too.

FDA approved drug reactions are the third leading cause of death in this country.  Something the media is deafening silent on.  If the same standards were applied to drugs as they are to guns and vitamins, it would be illegal to take a prescription drug or have them in your possession.  Going to the doctor is dangerous to your health should be a warning label above the doctor's office door.
