probleme pour trouver un circuit overunity electronique

Bonjour a tous

je suis francais et j'aimerai de l'aide pour trouver un circuit electronique "overunity" qui :
             
                      -Ne soit pas la "joule thief" car ca ne marche qu'avec des courants de pertes
                      -N'utilise pas l'air comme le testatika (oui je sais que je suis difficile)
                      -Ne soit pas radioactif comme la sinerg?tique (ou alors d?mantez cette radioactivit? :))
                      -Ne soit pas a base d'aimant,ni d'eaux ,liquide ou moteur
                      -Si possible sans bobine (SI possible because  : cuivre = cher)
              et pour pousser encore plus loin et pour r?duire les frais
                       -pas avec de gros capaciteurs

malgr? mes recherches je ne trouve rien...
J'ai vu qu'il y a vait un missile qui fonctionne comme cela , j'ai rien compris au brevet (trop compliqu?)

repondez moi svp car cela peut interesser plus d'un (je viens de lire des discussions interminables qui n'aboutissent ? rien de concret alors je me decide ? tenter ma question ici ...
