First things first

Test to find the negatives and then correct them. Water has its own problems, you need to find a way to go through it with least resistance and then make it where it will convert for lift.
With out a dream, there can be no vision.

Im going to try and make time to experiment this weekend, i have an idea playing on my mind i need to gather some parts and test the theory. Will let you know how it goes.
