The only problem I can see with this solution is...how long will the cooler and pump last with the electrolyte running through it? This stuff is very corrosive. Keep us posted on your test...I'm intregued.

You don't need electrolyte. Use good grade ss materials, rain water, or well water (distilled water good too, but it is not free. haha) and make a big generator .
