"all" saucer shaped UFO's are positively charged on the top half, and negatively charged on the bottom half.

without the top half being more charged up than the bottom half, the ship will drop like a stone.
because the imbalance in the 2 charges, is what levitates the ship!


by the way. inside the ship are 2 spinning disks. one spinning clockwise, and the otehr spinning counter-clockwise.

the spinning of these 2 disks, prevents the ship from flipping over.
and the clockwise spin of one disk, prevent the other disk from making the ship spin like a top.

they also put magnetis on these 2 disks. so that electricity would be generated, when the magnet on one disk passes by the magnet on the other disk.

the conflicting of the magnets on these 2 disks, also produces a VERY powerful magnetic field. which shields the ship and its passengers form the radiation in space.

Its looks like a "Wimhurst" 2 wheels rotating opposite direction creating a pos/neg charge on each side.

What technologies they are using to powerup the main disk for the rotation? Also what is the RPM for the disk?

Yes, thanks. However, I'm not sure that this is the way it's actually done most of the time.

Maybe people have noticed that there are almost no "sharp" pictures of the vehicles ? at least not ones that are in the air. The surface (only) often looks silvery (or metallic) blurred, somewhat like if you watch an object at a distance on the road on a hot summer day where the hot air is distorting the view.

One hypothesis for this is that the vehicle is not fully in "our" 3 dimensions, meaning it is partially in some other dimensions (which could be location and/or time). So, basically, to get from one place to another, they move to some other set of dimensions where these two "places" are "very close" (dimensions can have different sizes or be compressed/expanded) and then move back to "our" 3 (or 4, if you add "our" time) dimensions.

Where am I going with this? Well, if you have this kind of technology then you don't worry too much about charges (on the outside), I guess.
