I hate to pick nits but my query was the relationship between Planes of Existence and Densities.

A being or object can be of a particular density and find itself in one or more planes. So there is not a binding relationship between them but there are some "practical" limitations as to how far they can be apart (for example, a 12th density being could get "pulled" into 3rd dimension, thus lowering density to 3rd or 4th, if focusing too closely).

Yes I agree that we can exist in multiple planes of existence simultaneously.  As a human it is our nature to exist in the physical plane with a body made from physical atoms.  But our Spirit, or Soul is seated on the Mental Place.  There is a gulf there and as you said our different bodies cannot be far apart.  I agree and there is an interface which is setup on the Planes between the Physical and the Mental Planes of existence.  The Physical body interfaces to an Etheric Body, which interfaces to an Astral body which interfaces to the Mental body.  So as a "normal" human you are actually occupying four Planes of Existence simultaneously.  Now before anyone goes to start questioning this I have been studying this for a long time.  There are groups of Ascended Masters all over the globe.  They watch us, and record everything.  They study mankind as a profession.  These many groups make their findings known to mankind, albeit there are very few incarnate humans who actually look for this information.  These Ascended Masters of Humanity care a great deal about Humanity and our Mother Earth.  They guide the world in a manner which is beneficial for all of mankind.  You may have heard of or have been associated with one of the groups and not even know about it.  Those of you that have know who they are.  These groups of Ascended Masters hold the repository of knowledge which has been accumulated for all time.  They literally know everything.  The groups that I have studied under are the Adelphi Organization, The Great White Brotherhood, and The Great School of Natural Science.  You can look up any of these organizations on the internet.  Everything that has been know is still known, and we can access it in the Akashic Record on the Etheric Plane of existence.  So despite all the fear mongering in the world we are really all going to be all right.  The future is going to be awesome, and from where we sit now, thoroughly mind boggling...

So only one of the many spiritual theorist here can somewhat feel their spiritual body.

Can any of the other spiritual theorist here answer Gary's question without more of their non-experienced theory?
