Well, the Saurians (Reptilians) were here a LONG time before the Simians (Monkeys, er, uh, Humans).  Yeah, I think they can hold claim to the planet.  The reason that we claim the planet is we are ignorant of the Saurians.  They hide from use because of our militaristic nature, which is caused by the socioeconomic/political situation engendered by the Illuminati.  At this time, information on our world is tightly controlled by the "powers that be" so that we don't know our true nature and rise up against them.  Had nature taken a different course we might be living side by side, Saurian and Simian as neighbors in the suburbs.  Their technology is far more advanced than ours, but again they are afraid of us and what we would do with their technology.  Earth is home to many indigenous species, why should the Monkeys, er, uh, Humans claim the crown, other than we would destroy any one else who does.  There is room for all of us on the Earth, we could try to live amicably with these other species.  I, personally, think that it would be cool to have Saurian friends.

I think I'll just hold out and wait for the aliens to show their ship on 14 Oct.  When/if that happens I may have to rethink what I believe.  Until then I will let you do all the channeling, etc.  I do wish you, or someone, would look into those records and give us the plans for all the FE machines that have been created throughout history and were subsequently hidden by the bad guys.
