Anyway, I guess I'm not sure what people mean when they say the US will declare bankruptcy. Perhaps we could get more details on what will actually happen. I'm recalling what happened in 1997 when Thailand's currency collapsed, causing a financial crisis throughout Asia. From what I can tell, the GDP of Thailand is currently approximately 1/23 the size of that of the US. A crisis in the US worthy of being called "bankruptcy" would cause a global meltdown, IMHO.

Hahahhahahaaahahahaaa, So, a lot of people do. The most effective way to bring about change is to work from within the system. I can't tell you exactly what I do, but I can tell you there are many, honest hardworking people who believe that the USA is the best chance of freedom we have. There are millions of troops, manufacturers, and government officials who spend the entirety of their lives making sure that the USA remains "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave". Without them we would most assuredly be under some sort of dictatorial ruler. Sure, I am critical of the government, it is called vigilance, or civilian oversight. I believe the USA is a good start, but I also believe we can do even better with a little bit of benevolent alien and enlightened spiritual intervention.

This morning I had a series of meandering thoughts about this that came to a conclusion that startled me. Not because it was saying love your enemy...

Here is a snapshot of the thoughts.

The non benevolent aliens feed off our fear. probably anger and a few other less admirable thoughts we wish we could stop having.

The only way to stop a thought is to replace it with another one asap.

This week my son introduced me to the one laptop per child project. I read about it but the conclusion was that bill gates got himself into it and now instead of open source and basically free for 3rd world kids, it will support windows xp. gackkkk!!! I went to sleep seething and this continued all day yesterday.

Then today, this merged with the aliens thing along with the idea that the best thought to superimpose is COMPASSION, because the aliens don't want that they don't care about this feeling. I guess it doesn't juice them up enough. But it DOES juice up a human. We can feel compassion.

So, I was focusing on feeling compassion for the 3rd world kids who could have this wonderful gift of a free computer that teaches open source programming and is mesh based intra and internet. But I kept going to the next step that it might be taken away from them by this (BG) monster.

This morning I was trying to overlay compassion on those kids.

But in the meander, the thought struck me that maybe I should feel compassion for bill Gates.

What?

huh?

Then I got it. Yes, this guy is probably shredded. He is so taken over by his need for power, he must feel inside like the most powerless guy anywhere.

I can relate to being shredded by my own teachers etc. so I felt this amazing feeling of compassion for none other than bill gates. (I still find it hard to believe - but it can happen again in a moment)

So, why am I talking about this?

As Z monkey says:
