Yes felix, this guy is crazy.

However, his craziness consists of believing this Alien stuff. Otherwise he is bang on the button.

An old and true adage is that within the framework of their delusions crazy people are logical and rational.

What he says is just about exactly how the military and the politicians would behave if such an event as the October 14 showdown occurred.
