    Aliens come here to fuel up on water.  What do we have alot of that no other planet has.  (besides a moon or two around jupiter or some where)  Liquified hydrogen and oxygen.  What do we run rockets off?  Liquified hydrogen and oxygen.  Lets stop fucking around here.  The only reason water is water is because it is loosely bound together in a 7molecule ring.  This ring takes alot less energy to bust up then what is sucked up when hydrogen and oxygen implode.  Bust up this ring and it becomes h+ ions  oh- ions gaseous.  Keep up the stimulation in the presense of oxygen and you get h2diatomic and 02 diatomic.  You can go futher and create h3 h4 whatever you want it just a matter of what kinda plasma you want to utilize.  They have been making crop circles trying to tell us how to use microwave stimulation of water to produce stable plasma's for years.  You don't need atomic reactors to make manmade elements.  Fucking Nazi scientists with there heads up there ass are the ones that were so smart and sent us down the split the atom road.  They didn't even have enough balls to stand up to some raving lunatic that was going to create a master race.   Like any races shit isn't going to smell.
