Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Very interesting.  Sounds a lot like the magnet on the fuel line strategy for extra mpg.  Wondering if this same effect could be brought about using a battery running to a coil around the line to an led and back to battery (1.5 or 9V?).

I remeber those gizmos were sold many years ago. I think ferrite magnets were clamped around the fuel line. Any proof of savings?
As a little experiment i used two magnets from an old harddisk and put them around the fuel line just in front of the oil burner on my heater in dec.2006. The heater had been started in the first week of Oct (full tank then) the same year. In mid january the tank had to be refilled and it ran empty in mid May 2007. For that season i had used almost 2500L of oil.
I started the heater again Oct.1st last year and it stopped due to lack of oil in my 1250L tank in late april this year. This winter were not so cold as the last, but i had only used one filling of fuel!? I have always used almost two tanks for a season, so i bellieve it could be something to this. I have no thermostat to regulate the heat just a shunt on the burner that i seldom move my ass to adjust ;D

Hi hazens1

I hate to sound skeptical but I found the following Company Statement somewhat bothersome.
It would indicate a major expense i.e. new  injectors for little gain.
You can achieve much higher fuel efficiencies by using Acetone and Xylene  which will enhance evaporation of your fuel chemically
see my post under http://www.overunity.com/index.php/topic,5609.0/topicseen.html

Up to date, electrostatic atomization technology has not been employed on any fuel system, not to say any vehicles. The main reason is that electrostatic atomization technology requires special fuel injectors, which are totally different from any existing fuel injectors on vehicles. It requires a high voltage directly applied to the nozzle and the emitter cathode emitting negative charges to pass the fuel to the anode. To employ such a fuel injector on vehicles is not easy. There are also concerns that such sprays may consume high electric power.

This sentence refers to Magnetics as Well

Proper application of eletrorheology or magnetorheology can reduce the viscosity of liquid suspensions.11, 12 According to the Kriegerâˆ'Dougherty formula,13, 14 the effective viscosity of a liquid suspension η is related to the viscosity of base liquid η0 by

Further it appears that the Objective is to apply this to diesel Fuel, for obvious reasons.
I think I would not like to see 1 KV near my gas supply line.

More info...

In the device, the fuel flows through two metallic meshes before it reaches the fuel injector. A voltage is applied on the two meshes to produce an electric field of about 1 kV/mm between the two meshes.

This is simply application of magnetohydrodynamics to change particle flow characteristics, it seems.

Please read the accompaning material. This is "Electrorheology Leads to Efficient Combustion". Electric fields, not magnetic fields.
