The common term "HHO" has been applied for twice as a trademark

I can not believe a term that’s been around for decades is going to be trademarked by some money grubbing Company. I don’t think it has gone thru yet as the application is still pending.
    I think every one should contact the US Patent Office and point out the fact that the term HHO has been used for decades and should not be exploited in this manner.

  I don’t know if it just me or dose this seem a bit much. Will we have to pay these clowns every time we Google HHO? Lamers are everywhere

it may be  a way of "limiting" shall we say, of use of the term to ...er.....um....well it might be to do with debate and learning and energy companies .....shall we say..........
