Hi Hans
Hear a rumor that they have now been planning to invade you aussies there are some rumblings about Ayers Rock or Alice Springs . I think they didn't like the 700 Billion Dollar Heist.So Alabama is out Alice Springs is in. They also indicated that they prefer the Aussie Dollar it's more stable.

There are a number of ways to discourage the presence of those pesky black helicopters.  Most of them will be illegal in your area, please check local laws first.  One should also obtain a good supply of "plausible deniability" first, leave the area immediately afterward, and watch out for the AC-130's that may show up later.

1.  Barrage balloons.  Use that old left-over Meyer/Brown/etc hydrogen generator to fill some weather balloons.  Thin "wire rope" steel cables are then lofted by the balloons, the other ends being firmly attached to the ground.  For best effectiveness, use a grid pattern with a spacing slightly smaller than the main rotor diameter.

2.  Ordinary laser pointers aimed at the pilots may encourage them to leave.  Use of a stronger laser may be required if the first one is ineffective.

3.  Conventional firearms.  Aim for the tail rotor hub to produce the most spectacular results.

4.  SA-7 or similar surface-to-air missiles. (Check with your friendly neighborhood illegal arms dealer for availability.)
