Yes, this is indeed in interesting device. But I'm not sure all details are in the patent. I'm not sure that I understand how the synchronizer works.
But I would like to give it a try.

Hi shablol.
So the mentioned motor is used to rotate the small heavy wheel and that the motor on the axis of the big wheel is udes as an generator? Do I understand that right?

I'm also trying to figure out what those plates on the bottom in the center are? Are they induction coils? Pulse coils? Reed switches? There's no part number reference in the patent? Those plates are very close to the small rotor as well so they would have to be there for some reason?
