Hmm... Well, though you have a point there,
seems to me it's not all that difficult to figure out
what you are talking about, but it's also not
easy to figure out exactly what kind of implementation
you have in mind.

But let's see if I can drop a few clues that I think
relate nicely to what I think your approach is...

- Bedini's "radiant collector" (see "FE Generation")
- Tesla's various pulsed "radiant energy" collector circuits
- Kron's "open path"
- Grey's "splitting the positive"

Ok, and since you're clearly not enthousiastic about literally stating
