The video is from Dubai, India. These cars aren't out for a lark showing off. They have impending nuclear war and have to defuse the situation. Dubai is the new stomping grounds for the NWO people and getting Dubai blown up isn't in the plans. Somebody got lucky and caught them on cam. Good chance you parked near one of these in the last month. Not because of national security or the fear these will be used by terrorist the real reason is the greedy rich do not intend to share the sky with the rest of humanity they with hold this and many other great forms of technology from the people. Wake up!

Dubai is not in India.  It's in UAE. 

And the video is an obvious attempt at a viral ad.
