Does anyone here have experience with this friction heater? Can anyone tell me how well it works?

I've been waiting patiently and finely see a possible way to put some technology together to cut my bills.

Everyone is obsessed with producing electricity however, my largest bill by far is the infamous natural fuel bill. I'm looking at over $200 a month year around on a billing plan on that one. I'm also looking at the motor and fuel system in a new little Japanese car that runs on water that has just gone into production. I'm guessing at least 30 horse power out put. Enough to run a fan and 5 Frenette drums.

So if anyone has experience with this heater could you please tell me the pros and cons and what to expect a project like this would put me through. I know how Pierce Arrow used to tune a series of mufflers to completely quiet and engine. This could be made suitable for home use.
