The earth is spun useing it's own magnetic field in conjuction with the other planets and stuff, it does not get it's sticky spot.

There you go ultimate proof that stuff can be 'spun' with magnets, and the earth is like a magnet.

If you are a nay sayer to that, keep looking at the earth and keep saying it.

If you observe the magnetic field carefully in conjuction with the rest of the planets and know what causes it carefully you will master how to get a overunity/energy from magnet kinetic power.

Okay so the earth is lets say like a bar magnet, it does nothing so what is the outside cause to make it spin, is what you must observe and relate it to like well magnets.

Sorry but some things which are simple are hard to see with confusion so there is some food for thought.

Another thing the earth is a capacitor as well, and since the earth is overunity and according to the research about capacitors it really does have credit that it can bring overunity, the earth is an example here as well.

After all the earth with it's capacitor has hz cycles and the research here about that and as i already know the earth is overunity in conjunction is close to understanding it, just got to know what supplies the earth with it's energy that's all from an outside source.

  The earth is slowing down over time so I disagree that the earth is perpetual motion  (They occasionally have to add a second to the atomic clock in Colorado because the earth's rotation is slowing).  It is amazing it does not slow down faster, but it does slow down over time.  I would assume anything caused by its rotation would also weaken over time...although we won't ever notice it in our short life spans.

If you are beyond doubt about this, that is a serious error, because you are basing your unalterable conviction on very flimsy foundations.  As a person interested in science, you should be very careful what you are beyond doubt about.  I am a skeptic, but I am ready to change my views given sufficient evidence.

As to your observations, you are confusing perpetual motion, as in "unity", with an overunity device.  Given zero (or almost zero) friction, which the Earth experiences while rotating around the Sun, the Earth will rotate for a very long time.  But rest assured, as soon as you try to draw energy from the rotation, you will notice it slow down, with disastrous consequences, namely plunging into the Sun.

As far as the Earth's rotation about its own axis, as Danner astutely pointed out, that rotation is actually slowing down over time.  600 million years ago, the earth day was 22 hours.  The reson for this is tidal friction, caused by the Moon.  So tidal power generators are not getting energy from nowhere.  The earth pays for this from a limited pool, namely the difference between the rotation of the Moon and the rate of its own spin.

Ultimately, what is predicted is that the Moon's rotation around the Earth will match the Earth's spin, so there will be no more tides.

And your obeservation regarding the Earth's magnetic field does not quite make sense.  We have ordinary permanent magnets which emit a field, and we cannot draw energy from them, so why is the Earth any different?

The earth spins because of momentum retained from the particles that made it up when the solar
system formed. It's a massive energy but still finite supply and does not represent perpetual
motion.

The earth revolves around the sun for the same reason. Gravity causes tidal friction that couples
the earths spinning to the revolving. So beside slowing down, the earth is slowly moving away
from the sun in larger orbits. The earth's moon is also doing the same thing.

Orbits are interesting in that the absolute energy is less when the planetary body is rotating further
from it's center and more closer in it is.
