Thank you very much for posting these pictures, I have never seen this type of arrangement for coils.  I had come across a diagram of the coil awhile back but couldn't picture how it would look like (see below). When you took the coil apart did you notice how the wires were wound and what size they were?

Has anyone here on the forum ever come across this type of coil arrangement?  If so, what is the difference in gain over a bifilar type coil?

No this is unique , here is the closest thing without the resonant chokes , obviously, everything was removed so nobody could ever use it in case a thief stole it ...
