Jack, you explain your plan for your device very well, and I was dreaming right along with you there...until you got to the part about John Hutchison. "They" might have given him a doctorate (although this is the first I've heard of it) but I assure you he didn't and doesn't deserve it. Unless of course it's a doctorate in the Barnum effect.
Since I am the only individual that I know of who has even come close to replicating many Hutchison's effects, including jellification of metals, interpenetration of metals, levitation of massive objects, strange flashes and glows, liquids that repel gravity, and little flying saucer models on strings, I can tell you with some authority: Hutchison is a faker. He's an entertainer, not a scientist, by his own admission.(Search for "hutchison" and "tonya harding" if you need confirmation).
The only real mystery about those mysterious material samples is how John obtained them from a Canadian Navy testing laboratory scrapheap. They were probably blown apart by strong current surges from a military homopolar generator.

What no replies now?  I guess you all are trying to figure it out.  But free energy for the world is not free, I have bills.  The idea to give you enough information to shut you all up and quit criticizing things you don't understand while at same time figuring out if it really will work.  I have designs for almost anything you can imagine, and I can imagine allot of stuff.  But the point of this matter is that I'm not going to tell anyone more about because I cannot trust anyone.  I may just end up selling it for a billion dollars to an oil company and it would fall off the face the earth never to seen again.  I just found this website a week ago while I was checking the progress of everyone's efforts to make free energy and they have all either met with mysterious accidents or simply disappeared.  So get your story straight and wake up.  This isn't a game, this is the most dangerous thing any person could ever do in their life.

Believe me, my story is straight. Your device as you have described it has ZERO chance of working, and I would send you the money just for the satisfaction of seeing you build it and then admit that it won't work. But YOU want to turn this into a game. "The Jerk", Hutchison, big oil conspiracies, mysterious accidents--yeah, right. I've been monitoring this forum and others of its ilk for years, and NONE of what you say has happened. The fraudsters always reappear in one way or another, the people who claim to have something really don't and that's why they fade away (not "disappear") and tales of the Men In Black are greatly exaggerated. Nobody's developed any free energy device, the same designs (like yours) keep coming up in one form or another by someone who is "SURE" that it will work, nobody's been swept away by the MIB or the oil companies, and people who really DO have something that might develop into something real are still struggling and puttering along, without any interference, unless you count the trolls and the Evil Skeptics like me.

But you don't have to take my word for it. Your device is simple enough. You are absolutely sure that it will work, right? So just obtain the funds however you can--take out a loan, hock the kid's ice skates, put off buying those season tickets to the Spurs--just BUILD the damn thing and PROVE ME WRONG.
