It is not linguistic problem of Dr No.
Dr "Shitbrain"No is claiming that they are his inventions, he "knew" them 35 years ago and only just now he is disclosing them.
He is  simply stealing others work.
Both,cavitation heaters ( likeGriggs rotating unit) and VAWT are long time known.
He is megalomaniac and scharlatan,with neo-nazi ideology.Just look at his web blogg.
He is claiming that cavitation unit "Home Nuclear Reactor" , he calls himself founder of "Interplanetary Friendship Society in the name of Karol WojtyÅ,a", he calls himself "Head Of Research and Development Facility of nuclear Technologies in the name of Nikita Chruszczow", he announces "Rapid and Free Natioinal Programme for healing traditionally incurable diseases" , founder of "National Socialist  Workers Party of  Poland" (reminding me infamous NSDAP of nazi)- which doesn't exist ect.ect...
He uses a bad language to people questioning his "inventions".I had to report him as a spammer because he keept sending to me insulting and agressive mails.
I am ashamed  this scharlatan is my countryman

Hi guys ,
I am glad that not only me see who really is Dr No.
I will always contract such dangerous individuals.
For me activity on this topic is over.
The last thing is to ask admin to bann this guy from activity.

PS.
I did some search and I found Dr No active on another forum in 2009,with the same "inventions" and  the same insulting language.This was polish HVAC industry forum.

Thank You very much my dear polnische Friend that You have given me this forgotten link. It was clear stated than (1.5 y. ago) that anybody can be given this machine (DRJ) for use.                But all, as i see also You probably hidden under other name had laughed at.   THANK YOU VERY MUCH ONCE MORE piccolo Polacchio Pajazzo.:-)
