1. Drinking water:
-brings me better tolerance for high and low temperatures.
I had always big problem with it.    Nowadays, i drink this water for 6 years, i don^t need
hangdloves in winter, and summer, i don^t have problems with overheating.
-i have better response to fever, but of course this not that i^m not catching fever at all.
This to catch, must be already more serious condition than in previous time.
-i know about people, which use water from VHG ( it has bioactive proprieties) for various
ilnesses, i have heard that even hair grow new ?
But because i know this not for very long, i need first to meet with them.
They live in another town, and were given probably this knowledge direct from Russia,
where they are also experimenting with this for some years.
I have heard 3 years ago, that they had very good results achieved, after eyes operations,
washing them with this water.

2. But in this time they hadn^t know that, it is also possible to achieve better results
through directing tachyon rays on ill place.

This is exclusively knowledge of Doctor Wilhelm Reich (and my).
He was first officialy with it, but had paid with live for it.
You need to find more about him on web.
I only add, that what he called an orgone, this same as tachyons.
I had spent 2 years to search all left after him in web.
Because of my own knowledge, i don^t trust of course in everything what people write about,
some things wait to prove yet, but he could have really good results, although having not technical
possibilities for it, only using nature sources.
I can advise You for example, to bring sand from a beach in plastic box, cover it with water, for
the best results of good quality water.
Some 4-6 small boxes should stand open by a bed.
The room should be very small, or it is better yet, to make cover from PCV over bed, to make
tachyons to accumulate (this is an original patent of W. Reich).
You should achive very good results for fever, without need for medicines.
The only problem is, you need to live near see.
Of course, you can cover the boxes with plastic cover, not to left tachyons to go by, but after
3-4 such experiments, it will be dryed of energy already.
Somewhat helps water exchange, but please don^t expect that it will last forever.

We had some experiments done with our own 200W reactor, directing its rays on ill persons.
I can state, that although very small power, after 3-5 minutes of raying, heavy fever, well over
38 degree persons.
It lasted 1-2 days and they were healthy.

But there are problems with using much more higher energy for it.

We can easily burn our bodies.

When we have to cure cancer or heart attack victim, slightly before clinical death, we need to have
about 1 Gw ( 1000 Mw) of power, but only in short impulses.
Please remember also, that 1 Gw of power is equal to about 18 T of lift force!
This is not so easy as stays in legends.
I personally can not to built such a big thing, not only for money reasons, but also for security
reason.
The biggest to date, we had 1 Mw (1000 Kw) cannon.
But it was negative, done with purpose to shoot down UFO  over Wylatowo city, central Poland.
It worked not very well, was simply built to cheap.
Wylatowo is the place in Poland, where year by year sc UFO^s were coming to.
But 2 years ago, i had warned Dick Chenney that we will be using this, and even more powerful thing
(although it was not built becuase of maintenance problems).

But to tachyons rays.

It is very dangerous, because when i^m right saying that our bodies function upon nuclear reactions,
which run with over light speeds, it is easy to accelerate them over burning point with tachyons
overdose!
I know 2 cases when already this had happened:
1. In Hiroshima, tachyons which were freed in atomic explosion+enormous heat, had started nuclear
reaction in bodies of some peoples.
For Japan sake, in such a fall the energy products goes into matter, it implodes, but only trace of it
is something like ghost pic of victim.
2. So called self burning of body.
I had a girl friend that grandpa was heavy drinker, and had ended so.
He was with friends drinking vodka, had sitten near open fire.
Suddenly, the reaction started.
All left after him were only intact clothes and 1 small bone.

And how You think, i^m right?

To understand this all, You only to need to know, that not only our material world exists,
but to make it exists hell and soul is needed.
And when we already know that soul particles exists (the tachyons).....

Are all these designs based on Repulsine A, meaning do they work like it?

If they are like Repulsine A, aren't they producing large amounts of hard X-rays which would make them very unhealthy to be around, to say the least? :)

are a bit holding back their enthusiasm, so to say.
You promise to eliminate Energy costs, Roads (because you have an flying Volkswagen) , Cancer, Reducing VAT and of course pollution.
Furthermore, you are talking about renegotiation contracts with EU and NATO in conjunction
with arming your MilitaryForces with new technologies (?).

All this is very much ahead in time and there is no wonder if you are getting some dislikely resistance by officials.
In parts, your LOI could be reality in 23th century, regardless who is coming up with some perpetuum moblie.

Do you have any kind of hint were to prove your working device?
I mean there are other attempts to replicate the Repulsine. Mabe there is some race ongoing.

The tragic is only, that all what i write, was already possible in 20-ies of XX Century.
Only flying Volkswagen is not possible, cos what would have said such a big democrate as G. Bush

1 MW was simpler, but 100 Mw makes 10.000 much more problems to solve ( E=mC^2 please remember this always)
