Tesla's bifilar has increased voltage and magnetic field but why?

The bemf is fed back into the coil instead of the circuit, even a coil fed ac has bemf.
Look at the zvs, the capacitor collects the bemf from the coils and feeds it back into the coil on the next pulse like a double lc circuit.

Here's one what would happen if we submerged the pmh in a liquid dielectric powered a toroid under the pmh with dc (connected their fields) let the dielectric solidify, what would happen when the lower toroid were removed.
Oh I forgot to mention the lead plate connected to ground.
