The only thing in my opinion that the Device is: The exact thing you tried to patent. It was sooo simple we would laugh. All the other stuff is for show. Although most of the Show stuff is in fact Tesla methods or devices. But those were not necessary for the simple setup to operate. TK tried to patent the same thing you did and it got him no where.

It's out though and we will see what happens. And yes a scooter version will be available soon. Maybe even Karts and a league to facilitate research in a healthy competitive way. But lets see what happens first with the setup...

How is this your invention? I seem to remember Tariel Kapanadze doing this a while back in the 2005 backyard video. In the first place putting together already patented devices is not an invention per say and to boot that is a patent application and not a granted patent.
