Yes, and here is link to show some SiC (Silicon Carbid) diodes at Digikey but of course you can find such at other sellers and also SiC power MOSFETs are also a reality nowadays.  However they are expensive.

Dave i have an objection at your last drawings. It is more a try to clarify some thoughts of mine than objection.
Well, i believe that at every secondary coil always one side is current and other side is voltage. Even we see a fluctuation at each side which is always opposite at both sides, this fluctuation is only voltage at one side and current at the other. Lets take voltage side. If you put your probe there you will see the classic sinus going up and down. If you want to take it through a diode, only one direction is the proper and not both. You are trying to drive voltage to find current. And we know that voltage is always more negative. This is my basic rule which i started to use it everywhere.

If you need more clues for that... think that at one side of every secondary, a lamp puts out more light than on the other side, and this happens continuously and not only for one cycle of the oscillation..

I used to think the same way

But if you study the diodes, half wave rectification and full wave rectification you will see that we get pos and neg on each side.

The primary sets up a field and the secondary sets up a field they are opposite, when the primary is pulsing one side the secondary is pulsing the other side.

This is what causes pos and neg to be generated on both leads.

They are out of phase, they dont occupy the wire at the same time.
