Tell that to the 80 year old lady down the street, or doesn't she matter ?

To even charge a one 60 amp hour battery that weight would need to be lifted at least 50 maybe 100 times, in my opinion.

EDIT: We could calculate how long it would take to hit the ground by seeing how far it dropped during the video. I'm guessing a 1/2 hour drop time with about maybe 50 watts output if a car alternator was attached, providing he can even get the thing to spin fast enough for a car alternator. If he uses a modified or purpose built slow rev generator he would be better off building a wind powered generator.

And the stream has 45 PSI pressure out a nozzle. I have a 10 000 liter rainwater tank (that's 10 000 kgs or 10 tons of water) about 10 feet off the ground  and I can stop the flow from a 10 mm outlet with my finger. But it flows for free no pump.

I'm finding the 45 PSI difficult to believe.

Come, let us calculate.

A 60 A-H battery, assumed to be 12 volts nominal?  How many Joules of energy in there?
60 amps x 12 volts x 1 hour = 720 Watt-hours.
720 Watt-hours x 60 seconds/minute x 60 minutes/hour = 2,592,000 Watt-seconds or Joules.

Now let's imagine the 80 year old lady lifting 10 kilograms to a height of 10 meters.
The potential energy of a lifted mass is just mgh.
10 kg x 9.8 m/s² x 10 m = 980 Joules. Call it an even thousand, just to make the calculation easier.

Now, assuming 100 percent conversion efficiencies throughout the process, how many times must the little old lady recycle the weight lift in order to charge the battery?

Now we can see why minnie is always mocking those who expect miracle energy extraction by using gravity. Even if it could work from an unbalance of forces viewpoint ... you need a second miracle even greater than the first in order to get some usable power out of even a gigantic gravity wheel.

Going by Tinsels figures (Thanks Tinsel), we can see that to get the 2,592,000 joules a person would need to raise a
total of 25,920 kilograms to 10 meters, that's almost 26 tons lifted to 10 meters. Or raise 10 kgs 2592 times.

Now take a 100 Watt solar panel producing say 90 watts for 10 hours and we get 900 watt hours x 60 = 54,000 Watt minutes x 60 = 3,240,000 watt seconds or joules. That's 648,000 joules more than lifting 26 tons to 10 meters.

A definite lack of foresight. Better keep the kiddies away from those chains and cogs for if a hand got caught in there it would come out the other side if it stayed attached that is.

If we look at all the parts involved several bike chains and wheels as well as what looks like crank cogs, and cable ect. He could have bought a solar panel or small wind powered generator.

Now people might say the solar panel only works when the sun shines and the wind turbine only works when the wind blows but the gravity setup only works if you lift the weight up, a car only runs when you put fuel in it, your body only works when you put food in it.

It's simple to get output there must be input energy, we cannot make or amplify or multiply energy, saying so is like saying you are God and can create stuff from nothing.

We can use a small amount of energy to harness a larger amount though. If you live on a 100 meter high cliff or something and there are rocks up there with you already then you could put rocks in a basket or bucket and use the fall of the rocks via a cable and pulleys/ cogs to harness the potential energy of the rocks up high. It would take little effort to load the basket and more would be gained by allowing them to fall 100 meters after lifting them less than 1 meter. Eventually you would run out of rocks, unless it rains rocks in that area and in that case I would run far and fast or be killed by rock rain.

A similar thing could be done with water or other things.

If you live on a hill and drive a car up the hill to get home then when you leave you could allow the weight of the car to lift a weight on a device while the car rolls down the hill by using a cable and pulley, potentially very dangerous though.

i focused my self on energy amplification because i believe that the real secret of our previous scientist and inventors is on how to amplify a small energy. tesla, moray, habbard, hendershot, bearden, bedini.
like for example the tesla's radiant energy that was not patented without something in it ok its not weak, WE CAN AMPLIFY IT OK.     
The secret is boldly discussed in this forum already its so very easy you have to notice it.
