Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

o Mark E,
heres the problem until I have all the pieces needed, then I will present them.
Present what you want when you feel ready.  It is no problem to me as long as you refrain from making claims that you are not prepared to substantiate.

Something of this nature would be strange compared to what you know,so would be rejected as fake,
without,a working device, identification of energy source, theory of operation.
The more unusual the claim the stronger the evidence that is required.  If a very unusual claim is made with weak evidence or no evidence at all then it should be rejected.

You and the other hard line skeptics reject that a simple person could come up with an invention
of this type in this case an old Santa clause looking white guy in a junk workshop.
The invention is not in view so I don't know what "type" you mean.  What makes something believable or not is the strength of the evidence that supports it.  If someone with a weak education in the subject matter makes an extraordinary claim then there's a good chance that they did not gather rigorous data and have made a mistake.  If someone with a strong education in the subject matter makes an extraordinary claim then I expect as a matter of course that they have the commensurate data to back their statements and will offer that data as evidence for their claims.  It is always the data that tells the story.  It is the data that matters.  It doesn't matter who comes up with the data.

I didn't invent this device I
simply investigate devices that I think are possible,There is a simple effect  connected to this
device and to another device. As to why Tariel, if hes device is real, doesn't simply do a 3rd party test
,show it works, make a fortune ,the answer is very simple, the device is simple
once its know how to make it,people will make there own and cut out the inventor, and there are a lot of thieves in
here, including a few skeptics that are,LOL.
That puts him between a rock and a hard place:  Don't prove the claim and no one buys yielding no exploitation.  Do prove without adequate IP protection and suffer as Fulton did.  If you ever present then the supposed genie will be out of the bottle.

A.king21 organized the team to see Tariel in Georgia and set conditions to minimize
any fraud,he has got ignored by just about everybody.Tariel made the aquarium 2 to conditions set by a.king21
Skeptics have a tendency to consider other people as fools.Hes team was considered fools, they ran the device for 4.5
hours with a 2kw load to eliminate a battery, they removed a ground connection to eliminate a grid connection.
The goal was to test and make sure it was real, get Tariel to sign an agreement to be able to make the device.
Tariel is an unstable person ,told them goto hell,at the time Tariel was very sick so instead of making or modifying
a critical part,he used a commercially made part and didn't hide it.This is not a simple hoax like the QEG
a bedini special,or a simple buried grid wire or batteries powering a device. If you need more info on the teams visit ask a.king21
Here is a picture from a Russian web site it summarizes the problems connected to this device,I know your a smart guy,
you will see and say its fucken impossible,LOL and it is from a conventional view point.
Again:  Data tells the story.

TinselKoala

Did a.king or anyone else go outside and pull the mains breaker that completely disconnected Tariel's house from the local grid during the demonstration? Pulling out a ground wire from the apparatus does not affect a tuned wireless receiver circuit, with a transmitter concealed under the floorboards of the house, but pulling the mains breaker would probably disable that transmitter. The visible components of the aquarium box are just what one needs to make such a tuned-circuit wireless power receiver.

And yes, I know the story of the island excursion too.

Why did not the Russian or some other military agency come and confiscate the device, and then install copies of it in their military equipment, tanks, rocket launchers, etc.  so that they don't need to depend on any outside power source? I know why. Don't you?

QuoteI've looked at the document and I see nothing special. I see a couple of
inductors wired together and some mistaken claims about how they are expected to
behave. I assure you that they will not behave that way. The flattened wires or
ribbons are classic Red Herrings, they have no functional significance in the
device as shown. Such conductors are used in certain HF HV systems to _reduce_
the inductance of bus wiring or Tesla-style primaries, or to pack more copper
into a compact winding geometry. They have no significance in the illustrated
inductors.  Tito has never produced anything credible in all the years I've been
looking at his "entertaining" posts, and I am quite sure that Kapanadze told you
the truth-- it is so simple you'll laugh, at the concealed wires leading to his
home's mains power connection to the grid, or the concealed batteries which
provide the power to his clever fakes.
There lies the problem doesn't it?... " I see nothing special" yet somewhere within us we know if we are to succeed something special must be required because what we normally do does not work. If we were to apply a little critical thinking we might find we are trying to apply normality to a scenario we have already admitted cannot be normal thus we already know the result due to our thinking because we have predetermined what it is... so why bother with any of it?.
QuoteIt would be ridiculously easy to prove me wrong: All Kap or
Akula/Ruslan/Stivep has to do is send an operating self-running device to
Stefan, or Sterlinga, or Chet, or even YOU for honest testing. That of course
will never happen. And I know why... and so do you.
Of course I do, if I was sitting on a billion dollar technology then the thought of giving it to some people I don't even know simply to impress them would probably be the last thing on my mind. Why that would be like going up to someone on the street and saying here could you hold this unsigned cheque for $100,000 dollars for a few minutes just so they think your really rich and trusting. I understand your point however thinking they actually care what we or anyone else thinks is a little far fetched in my opinion. I would try to get as far away from the OU forums as possible because as Albert Einstein once said--"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources".

I agree with you

Some skeptics require absolute proof, or he must have faked it,or it was done thru a wireless system
ok a possible method, simply light a 2kw load 6 feet away ,don't forget its a 2kw load ,not a led or a very small lamp a foot away.

You want believe its fake I have no problem with that, you want to force your beliefs
on me,I have big problem with that.I have no desire to debate or even talk to you.
Heres a system you might want to build to show the aquarium 2 is a fake, good luck, have nice day.

So Tariel is an exceptional genius anyway.
Chun T. Rim, a professor of Nuclear & Quantum Engineering at KAIST, and his team showcased a mere 200 watts. How pathetic compared to the  2 Kw Kapandze produced.
