are there any part number for P-chan FET  similar at work range of n-chan       2sk170 , irf 640/irf540.

For the 2SK170 (low noise audio, with relatively high transconductance) a possible p-channel device may be the third member of the  2N5460-62 series, the 2N5462,  see data sheet for the latter: http://www.jameco.com/Jameco/Products/ProdDS/253905.pdf 

For the IRF540 (30A/100V),  a p-channel device may be the IRF5210 (40A/100V) or IRF9540 (23A/100V)
For the IRF640 (18A/200V), a p-channel device may be IRF9640 (11A/200V) or IRF9240 (12A/200V).

IF you study the site of digikey.com  you can list power MOSFETs by parameters, I used another simpler vendor: http://www.futurlec.com/TransMosIRF.shtml
