you can try it using the mains ( low voltage low frequency)in my case 22o volt ac / 50 hzcharge a cap but dont draw any current?if this works then what about HV and HF input?

When you analyze somebody words, you never look what they telling you,
but what they are trying to avoid, hide.

You were on Tesla coil, claiming that it can charge cap, non standard way.
Then you moved to charging cap from wall, and Tesla coil is gone.

What you actually tried to say is that Tesla coil can charge cap,
or some instances of cap.
Anyway , capacitance is involved with Tesla coil.
