(you put power in to rotate one large pulley once)
(you run a belt to rotate mini-pulleys many time)
(then you could add many mini-pulleys)
(each one rotating hundreds of times)
(multiplying your AC electricity)
(YOU MUST GAIN FREE ENERGY)

LOGICAL REASONING
It takes little energy to turn a one foot circumference pulley,
which can be used to drive a belt that turns a mini pulley
of one inch circumference many times
This 12X you gain your AC energy from the many times the small pulley rotates,
or even more from the many generators on mini-pulleys you add (no torque)
you can twelve times the AC electricity with every extra generator attached
12X + 12X each starts to add up very quickly
all of these generators run almost free of any torque

I think that it sounds pretty obvious to me
you power a large pulley to rotate only the once (minimal)
and then you can get 2 or 4 mini-pulleys
to rotate many times = 10s to 100s of times
soooo,,,, INPUT = 1 rotation
OUTPUT = 400 rotations
(YOU MUST GAIN AC ELECTRICITY)

Why do you need more proof = prototype
this is extremely obvious that it should work

400 to 1 rotation multiplication = major amounts of AC electricity
come on guys + gals, this is so simple that it just has to work
you only put the small amount of energy to rotate a big pulley once
and you use pulleys to multiply your rotations many times
you could have ten mini-pulleys rotating hundreds of times
you simply must gain electricity

the torque would possibly be your only problem
and that would be minimal
if you only had a 12 inch circumference pulley
then you have 3 mini-pulleys
rotating 36 times for each one rotation of your large input pulley

Not to anyone who has ever actually studied anything about lever arms, moments, torques and so on.  A simple analysis that could be done by a clever high-school kid who paid attention in her pre-calculus class shows that your proposal is a non-starter.

You have made these claims before. They weren't true then and they still aren't true. If you think otherwise, get someone to bring you some parts and tools and build your own test system. When you can _demonstrate_ that your system can do what calculations say it cannot.... then maybe someone will pay attention to you and your overunity wheelchair. Until then, the math -- and all practical experience -- says you are wrong.
