I think, a better and a little similar with this is the 369 gear technique. it was posted by sir wattsup already in different  planets , i'm just not sure if its really working cause i didn't tried it yet cause there's a lot of work to do, sorry i'm too lazy for that, cause there's always an easy way to make power.
