Gravity wave telephone: instantaneous communication!

This device was invented in late 80s - early 90s by Hartmut Müller. It consist of two metallic wave shaped parts on the two ends. From left and right of the device a yellow metallic shel in the form of ring is attached. The inside spring structure is isolated from the metallic ring by 2 quartz walls.
How it works: The two plates up and down are vibrated to a resonance frequency. After that a standing wave (gravity wave) get's greated that can travel aroud the Globe. A telephone call with it has been made between Germany and Australia without the use of satellites or any wires. Anybody can make calls from here to Mars or nowhere where in real time. You can be in any deep cave in Earth and have no problem contact.

The little device is a microphone.

His website is dead. Actually it says the guy in the presentation died in September! But this is pretty interesting tech. At a glance this seems to be what tesla did as well. Where receiver and transmitter had to be in resonance (or copies of each other) in order to pick up energy in his case.

Right now I'm trying to find the device describtion, but so far no luck.
I only know that it comes from the Hartmut Müller Global Scaling Theory.

OK I have a few questions...

When I think of resonance I think of a frequency.

When I think of a frequency I think of a single line ...

If we know the resonance we know the frequency therefore we have access to the line.

A few things may hold us back:
The inability to resonate at a super high frequency...

The inability to resonate at a precise frequency...

The inability to stay locked on the frequency because the frequency is not constant... (This seems rather likely because differences in gravity at different points on the earth but if we took a gravitational map we may be able to switch frequencies at certain points to make this work or maybe if we are cleaver we can somehow devise a wave pattern that would use the gravitational wave as a host and mimic its frequency switching.)

Finally will these types of things mess with nature example produce more gravity or less gravity or cause irreversible effects that may be harmful to nature?

The other thing to take into account is we may have the technology already but because of Ma Bell and the other giants of industry we will not be given this free lunch because it simply would mean the end of pay schemes.

Does this not make you wonder could this be the reason clock frequency on processors and phones has not went further? Instead they use two or more cores to achieve similar results ? 5.8ghz is the frequency we have been stuck at for cordless phones.

We all are aware the higher the frequency the further transmission goes at the same wattage.
Imagine for us 1thz ...

Now I am no expert with resonance so I urge you to check the facts some of these things said may not be 100% correct it is all based off of basic hands on and lots of reading to come to my conclusion and what I have read may be imperfect as well. Some is simply assumption of what I believe to be the obvious.

We can measure the influence of gravity from the moon with rising and falling tides so could we use this measurement to advance communications?
