Vielleicht www.babylon.com konnte Sich brauchbares fur Sprache-Ubersetzungen zwischen Deutsh und Russisch erscheinen.....!
Ja, Selbst habe Ich "einmal in der Vergangenheit" Russisch gelernt , ,meistens uber Teknische Syntaxen der Russische....aber kaum nur fur "dba piva" gemeint.........die ganze "Aufstellung" ist wie eine "Replica" von ahnlichen wohlbekannten Methoden => wie z.B. von "Ein/Aus"-"Halbleiter-gesteuerte" Spule-Sektionen , als beim Mekanischen Rotation "Spannungs"-Ein-Induzierungen verursacht von magnetischen Felder sind..........doch auch wie "gewohnlich" dann => die eigentliche Umstanden von Ein-Induzierungen von magnetischen Felder in "Spulen" sind die sogenannte "Haupt-Sache"  um in weiterhin zu "forschen"........die Grosse Teknische Aufstellung ist wohl kaum notig , wenn noch nicht in ganzes die eigentliche Haupt-Sache uber magnetische Ein-Induzierungen in "Spulen"  "geschafft" ist......so-um-so..........!

Die Russische Worter-Texten in der Video-Sekvenze sind annaherungsweise ahnliche wie die "gewohnliche" Englische Texten in gewissen USA-Video-Sequences uber solche Apparaturen !

Sounds like English to me.
What you are seeing is an old "free energy" credulous promotion "documentary". The presence of the well-known scammers at the end should tip you off. The only interesting thing is the first bit, David Porter's "Carousel" motor/generator. This is the US patent number: 5,625,241. The claim is that it is a permanent magnet generator powered by magnets alone. But as you can see it is always shown with an external power source--just like in the video.
The patent is interesting, though. It's a pretty simple arrangement of magnets, and if it performed as claimed, there would be absolutely no need to "kick it" a little on each revolution, as David says.
The generator must be provided with external power to reach speed. Its construction makes the rotating parts a pretty good flywheel that stores a LOT of energy at 1800 rpm. The running power can be disconnected and the stored energy may be used to power a load, more or less briefly, while impressive measurements are taken. Unfortunately, it always runs down....but that's just an engineering problem, more money in David's pocket will certainly allow it to be solved...soon....
