   ....is another metamorphosis of a simple structure,designed to load up power,in a mobile-stabile relationship.

       If we have a flow and a fix (support,fulcrum,stabile),then a form(mobile/this time as a particular shape of a wheel),can pile up the relative motion.

       The going on has a long fall (charge) ,then a short jump-up (discharge).
