Meyer Lecture missleading

hello everybody

i was just watching a meyer lecture http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUMMvZSX1a0
and i find i big missleading....

so
when meyer talks about oxygen and hydrogen atoms he is saying that oxygen atom have 6 electrons and 6 protons that's correct  and hydrogen have 1 electron and 1 proton

and right after he is saying about accepting a two hydrogen atoms he is writing on chalk board :

he is saying "at the normal state there is 8 electrons and 8 protons" THATS NOT TRUE AT THE NORMAL STATE THERE IS 6 ELECTRONS AND 6 PROTONS

and then he says "when the oxygen atom accept 2 hydrogen electron we have 10 electrons and 8 protons THATS NOT TRUE ALSO AFTER ACCEPTING TWO HYDROGEN WE HAVE 8 ELECTRONS AND 6 PROTONS

I DONT THINK THAT HE DIDNT NOTICE HE DID MISTAKE?

i think he would know that after joining oxygen(6e) and two hydrogen(2x 1e=2e) we have 8electrons not 10 !!!!!!

he spent couple years on this .....


but my question is if we have split h2o molecule to 2H(2e) + O(6e) and we supply to air intake why dont we just modify oxygen atom to have 8 electrons so it cannot accept any more electrons
so after we explode it in our engine we will not stabilize our molecule to h2o ?

what do you guys think about this concept ?
there is many ways to modifie oxygen like ionize or UV ( O2 + UV = 2O) ?

anyway i think Meyer was very obsest with his technology so he put many mislead to his patent !!!

They Oxygen Atom has 8 electrons, 8 Protons and 8 neutrons!

The oxygen atom has 2 electrons in its inner shell, and 6 electrons in its outer. The oxygen atom would like to have 8 electrons in its outer shell to become full. So the shell that is Containing 6 electrons is wanting to have 8, So it is constantly looking for 2 electrons.

The Hydrogen Atom has 1 proton and 1 electron, it doesn't have a neutron, "But it can." 2 hydrogen atoms can share their electrons with one Oxygen atom to make the Oxygen atoms outer shell appear full. This will make the oxygen atom happy and a water Molecule is formed. So now that you have the hydrogen atoms electrons Combined with the oxygen atoms electrons then the oxygen atom contains 10 electrons orbiting it, There is now 8 oxygen Protons and 2 hydrogen protons making a total of 10 protons. You now have 10 protons and 10 electrons, This is now a molecule and is Stable. The electrons are Attracted away from each other and toward the protons with a magnetic, and electrical field,, It is good to get an electrical Field along with a Magnetic field But Magnetic fields come where current is flowing and you do not get voltage fields with high current because voltage will be low, and vice versa you can not get strong magnetic fields from a source where strong voltage fields are present. Strong voltage fields relate to high voltages and at high voltages you do not have high currents therefor there is not Magnetic and voltage Fields produced there at the same time.  I have listened to Stan's lectures, I have them on DVD, Once you understand how the molecule is formed you can go back and make since of Stan's lectures. It is a bit confusing at first,,,, And,,, you do catch him red handed on certain things if you research him long enough. Mr Meyers Found the third most unavailable Terminal, Meaning what is not possible he made possible, He made Magnetic and Voltage fields appear in the same spot,, at the same time. His device Does not use Parallel Nor Series connection, it is energy in another form not yet publicly available. His stating that voltage performs work is exactly as it is, Voltage does perform work converting kinetic energy Directly into electrical power with out any step up or down losses.

The problem with an parallel cell is it does by no way work for itself, Instead its found to work against itself. The series cell does not hold of any value because the conversion losses to gain the needed voltage is crucial. Besides the above Not either one of them is combined to gain the needed effect. When you need type three electrical energy on demand the problem is not really the production,, is it,,  it is the energy source. When you look around and see Koh it's a Blinded failure to realize the solution to the problem, How can it simply be found if you solve the problem with an additive. The problems wasn't gas production to begin with it was power with potential, AKA Third Effect. If this device where to be Introduced to a cell containing additives then much much more can be done. Whats presently being done with additives is being matched without additives, Since A device proves to turn normal tap water into enormous amounts of hydrogen without the use of Koh it will not be surprising to see Koh cells double in output and efficiency.
