I WAS PASSED AN IMPORTANT FILE ...  IN THIS PDF IT FULLY EXPLAINS THE NEED FOR 2 PULSES   THE FIRST PULSE IS THE TIMEING ...  SECOND ... IS THE NATURAL RUNNING FREQ OF THE COIL A JT - THE BIG RESISTOR ...
