Bill thinks differently,he says we all need to change to a more open mind set,
Since the big bang [which I am not sure how he feels about[he talks fast]
Magnetism  has always been here
.He spoke of our sun and the atomic events[not his words] and how these events maintain the magnetic field .
He spoke of Einstein and Keller [a lot]

He asked me why is there a north and a south?[on every magnet],did I know there was a dead spot in the middle?
He had a levitation device [which I handled],done with magnets stuck in a field and very light, but folks could stand on the disk[frisby size] and not remove it from the field

He thinks like a lot of men here

I have only met Bill once ,next time i will bring my wife[as per his wife's request]

I feel most men in Bills "FIELD" are in it to change things [as are most here]

And this is a very strong bond [if you are of the right mindset]

Ramset, great work in describing your encounter; and BRAVO for having the nerve to knock on his door, lol!

For your next visit, could you ask Mr. Langdon a few more Q's  perhaps?

> How did he first envision the interacting magnetic fields... Did he learn about this from someone else's work (who), or did he somehow have an epiphany, or study them himself to gain this knowledge (how)? Or did it all come simply from empirical testing?

If it will conflict with his filed Patent Applications, you could point out that a PARALLEL application (in this case "application" meaning "use/embodiment"), that is a bit different that what is described in the Patent Applications, but that still can be tapped using the same basic principals as the main device... Would allow the principals to be studied openly without hurting the chances of the Patents being awarded. Such a device would have literally HUNDREDS of possible parallel applications and it is virtually impossible to Patent them all (... As an example: "A device for powering an Automated Parking Meter" lol). Simply changing a noted feature in the design, accomplishing similar results in a  different way, should suffice to make it sufficiently "different".

You might mention to the gentleman, that gaining acceptance is the greatest problem he will experience (as he undoubtedly knows already lol). Even having Patents awarded may not help much with this; as we have seen with Howard Johnson. But having multiple working examples of a device on the same basic principals will GREATLY help with this... So giving us a "parallel application" to replicate, verify, and study; while not jeopardizing his "main application" Patent requests, can ultimately help him achieve his goals by gaining the credibility that every inventor of such a device WILL REQUIRE to get anywhere. Not to mention, he may get some "free R&D" for slight improvements out of the deal, who knows  

... And it could possibly provide a "back-up" to make sure the technology doesn't just fall into a black hole.

If he can convince us via solid proofs that the device / principals are viable (through reliable replications and/or positive verifications), then he is well on the road to eventual success... And we can help in seeing this goal be realized, and even do so "for free".

But if we here cannot be convinced of the device's viability: No one in the business world will ever likely be either... And that could ultimately be important information for him to know as well; before spending all his savings or something like that on a manufacturing & marketing scheme that fails from general lack of credibility with the Public.... Any "skepticism" expressed here would be "good practice" for the "real world", where the stakes really matter
