The U.S.P.T.O. can be a real pain in the &$$. They do not allow the patenting of "OU" devices,. so you have to be squirmy with the documentation. Give the machine some arbitrary purpose.
You cant mention anything about "free energy, excess energy, fuel-less operation"....
patent the device as a Pinnapple Debarker, or a Centrifugal Oil Seperator

they dont really care what it is,
as long as its not blatently "ou" in the wording.

He hinted at a secret ,asked me if I knew about the place between "N" And "S" ?A neutral place between the Two or "dead/weak Spot" something that he seemed to have exploited to his benefit. Of Course I know of no such thing!

I guess Bill hinted at the North and South poles of a magnet and the neutral place between them is the so called Bloch wall.
