That is an assumption. We don't know.

We should not be too hasty. There might be a shilling to be made by building him a good magnet motor with an efficiency of, say, 90%. That is easy enough.

If the profit off that deal is ploughed back into a beefy Robert Adams device with BEMF capture, then that could be sold back to him for a good price since it ought to be OU.

Whatever happens, he should get motors that are better than he would get elsewhere.

Yes, because a smart businessman wants a device that eats up 10% of the electricity going into it for no apparent reason.  That is not a motor.  That is just an extra device to power.

I'm not sure that is fair.

We are all involved in research. The knowledge is incomplete. Most patents deliberately leave stuff out.

Many people's problem is that they cannot afford to spend money on a project that may not come to fruition. We need a reasonably funded research institute where risks can be taken but not at the expense of our weekly grocery shopping.

OK, so my assumption was correct. Aseman is asking for permanent magnet driven generators, each capable of producing 3KW. Your not alone Aseman, pretty much everybody would like one of those, I know I would!
